Description
Alcof Expectorant 60ml is a medication used to relieve symptoms associated with cough and cold, such as nasal congestion, allergic rhinitis, hay fever, and sinus headaches. It contains ammonium chloride (110mg), chlorpheniramine maleate (2.0mg), and sodium citrate HCl (50mg), which work together to ease cough and cold symptoms.
Dosage/Directions
Take 5-10 ml orally, three times a day or as directed by your healthcare provider.
Shake well before use.
Complete the full course of treatment even if symptoms improve.
Side Effects
Common side effects may include nausea, vomiting, headache, insomnia, dry mouth, dizziness, and nervousness. Serious side effects are rare but can include severe allergic reactions. If you experience any severe side effects, seek medical attention immediately.
