Dosage/Directions
Administered by a healthcare professional either intravenously (IV) or intramuscularly (IM).
Dosage is based on the patient’s medical condition, weight, lab tests, and response to treatment.
Frequency: Usually every 6-8 hours.
Complete the full course of treatment even if symptoms improve.
Side Effects
