Actidrox 500mg Tablets 14’s contain cefadroxil monohydrate (500mg), a first-generation cephalosporin antibiotic. It is used to treat bacterial infections such as urinary tract infections, skin infections, pharyngitis, and tonsillitis. Cefadroxil works by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis, leading to bacterial cell death.
Dosage/Directions
Take one tablet orally, usually twice daily with water.
Take it with or without food, but at the same time each day to maintain consistent levels in your body.
Complete the full course of treatment as prescribed by your doctor, even if you start to feel better.
Side Effects
Common side effects may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal pain.
