FOPYN tablets are a combination medication used for pain relief and to alleviate symptoms of cold and flu. Each tablet contains Paracetamol BP 450mg, Caffeine BP 50mg, Codeine Phosphate BP 10mg, and Doxylamine Succinate USP 5mg. Paracetamol is a pain reliever and fever reducer. Caffeine enhances the pain-relieving effects of paracetamol. Codeine is an opioid pain medication, and Doxylamine is an antihistamine that helps with symptoms like runny nose and sneezing.

Dosage/Directions

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed for pain relief. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration necessary. Consult a healthcare provider before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Side Effects
