Glipita M 50/1000 tablets are used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus. Each tablet contains Sitagliptin (50mg) and Metformin (1000mg). Sitagliptin is a DPP-4 inhibitor that increases the levels of incretin hormones, which help regulate blood sugar by increasing insulin release and decreasing glucagon levels. Metformin is a biguanide that reduces glucose production in the liver and improves insulin sensitivity, enhancing glucose uptake and utilization by the muscles.

Dosage/Directions
