Maxitrol Drops 5ml

Maxitrol Eye Drops is a combination medication containing dexamethasone, neomycin, and polymyxin B. It is used to treat inflammation and bacterial infections in the eyes.

Dosage/Direction: Instill 1-2 drops into the affected eye(s) 4-6 times daily, or as directed by your healthcare provider. Tilt your head back, pull down the lower eyelid to create a small pocket, and squeeze the dropper to release a drop into the pocket. Avoid touching the dropper tip to any surface to prevent contamination.

Side Effects: Common side effects include mild eye irritation, stinging, and blurred vision. Serious side effects may include increased intraocular pressure, cataract formation, secondary infections, and allergic reactions. If you experience any severe or persistent symptoms, contact your healthcare provider immediately.
