Description
NOW Foods B-2, 100 mg, Veg Capsules is a dietary supplement containing Vitamin B-2, also known as riboflavin. Riboflavin is naturally found in green vegetables, liver, kidneys, wheat germ, milk, eggs, cheese, and fish. It is an important enzyme cofactor necessary for energy production from carbohydrate, fat, and protein.
Additionally, riboflavin is needed for the regeneration of glutathione, which supports the body’s natural defense mechanisms and detoxification systems.
Each capsule contains 100 mg of riboflavin and is recommended to be taken once daily with a meal.
The supplement is formulated with rice flour, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), and silicon dioxide as other ingredients.
