Refund and Returns Policy

Our policy does not allow for any medicines to be returned – this is for safety reasons, and we are not authorised to re-sell returned medication. Medicinal products cannot be returned due to the legislation governing the sale and supply of medicines; this is the law which every pharmacy must abide by. If you have any unwanted or unused medication, you can take it to a local pharmacy, and they will dispose of the products safely. Products of a cosmetic or personal nature cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Cancellations

If you have ordered any of our products that are to be delivered by post, you have the right to cancel such an order up until the point that your medication is dispatched. Your right to cancel the order ends on the date of the dispatch confirmation (the date on which we notify you to confirm our acceptance of your order), which is when the contract between us is formed.

Returns

We hope that you will be happy with any medication that you order from us. However, if you wish to return medication to us because it is:

  • not as described;
  • not fit for purpose; or
  • damaged or faulty
  • We will refund the price of the medication in full together less any applicable delivery charges and any costs that you incur in returning the item to us.

We will refund you on the payment method used by you to pay. If the card that you used to pay with expires before the refund is made, please call us to provide your new card details.
