Description
Apdrops DX Eye Drops contain Moxifloxacin and Dexamethasone. Moxifloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that treats bacterial infections, while Dexamethasone is a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation. This combination is used to treat eye infections and inflammation, particularly after eye surgery.
Dosage/Direction: Instill one drop of Apdrops DX into the affected eye(s) 4 times daily, or as directed by your doctor. For post-surgical use, start one day before surgery and continue for up to 15 days after surgery. Ensure hands are clean before application. Avoid touching the dropper tip to any surface to prevent contamination.
Side Effects: Common side effects include mild eye irritation, discomfort, dryness, or itching. These symptoms are usually temporary. Rare but serious side effects can include severe eye pain, vision changes, or signs of an allergic reaction. If you experience any severe or persistent side effects, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
