L Montus 5/10 mg Tablets contain montelukast (5 mg) and levocetirizine (10 mg), a combination used to treat allergic rhinitis and asthma. Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist that reduces inflammation and prevents airway constriction, making it effective for asthma management. Levocetirizine, an antihistamine, relieves allergy symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes.
Dosage/Direction:
The recommended dose for adults and adolescents aged 15 years and above is 1 tablet (5 mg montelukast and 10 mg levocetirizine) taken once daily, preferably in the evening.
