Dosage/Direction:
For edema, the typical dose is 1 tablet (40 mg) once or twice daily, which may be adjusted based on the patient’s response. For hypertension, the usual starting dose is also 40 mg, taken once or twice daily. Tablets should be taken in the morning to avoid frequent nighttime urination.
