Dosage/Directions: Take Rifaxa 200mg Tablets as your doctor prescribes. For travelers’ diarrhea, the typical dosage is one tablet taken three times a day for three days. For IBS-D, take one tablet three times daily for 14 days. For hepatic encephalopathy, the dosage is one tablet taken twice daily. You can take it with or without food. Side Effects: Common side effects may include nausea, headache, dizziness, and swelling in the hands or feet.
