Description
CILNITEL 10 mg/80 mg Tablets combine Cilnidipine (10 mg), a calcium channel blocker, and Telmisartan (80 mg), an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB). This dual-action therapy is indicated for the management of hypertension (high blood pressure).
- Cilnidipine works by inhibiting calcium influx into vascular smooth muscle, leading to vasodilation and reduced blood pressure.
