DAPEFY 10 mg/100 mg/500 mg Tablets are a fixed-dose combination therapy designed for the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Each tablet contains:

• Dapagliflozin 10 mg – a sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitor that lowers blood glucose by increasing urinary glucose excretion.
• Sitagliptin 100 mg – a dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor that enhances incretin activity, stimulating insulin release and reducing glucagon levels.
