Jamieson 5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan) is a chemical by-product of the protein building block L-tryptophan. It is sourced from the seeds of an African plant known as Griffonia simplicifolia.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 caplet 3 times daily with a meal. To help promote healthy mood balance, use for a minimum of 1 week to see beneficial effects.
