NOW Foods St. John’s Wort 300 mg, Veg Capsules contain St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum), a herb with a long history of traditional use by herbalists dating back more than 2000 years.

The suggested usage is to take 1 capsule 3 times daily, preferably with food. It’s important to store the product in a cool, dry place after opening. For adults only, it’s advised not to exceed 3 capsules daily unless directed by a healthcare professional, as larger amounts may contribute to photosensitizing reactions (skin reddening) in the presence of strong sunlight or tanning beds.
