Uperio 50mg Tablets contain a combination of sacubitril and valsartan, used to treat chronic heart failure. Dosage/Direction

The usual starting dose is 100mg taken twice daily. After 2-4 weeks, the dose may be increased to 200mg taken twice daily, based on the patient’s response and tolerance. Always follow your doctor’s instructions and do not exceed the prescribed dose.

Side Effects

Common side effects include dizziness, low blood pressure, hyperkalemia (high potassium levels), and kidney dysfunction.
