Description
Carditan H Tablets contain a combination of Losartan (50mg) and Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5mg). Losartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels, while Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic that helps reduce excess salt and water in the body. This combination is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and reduce the risk of stroke in patients with heart conditions.
Dosage/Directions: Take one tablet daily, with or without food, preferably at the same time each day. Follow your doctor’s instructions precisely. Do not stop taking this medication suddenly without consulting your doctor, as it may worsen your condition.
