Description
Risek 20mg Capsules contain Omeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) used to reduce stomach acid production. It is commonly prescribed for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), peptic ulcer disease, and conditions involving excessive stomach acid production. By decreasing the amount of acid produced in the stomach, Risek 20mg Capsules help relieve symptoms like heartburn, acid reflux, and promote healing of ulcers.
Dosage/Directions: Take Risek 20mg Capsules as prescribed by your doctor. The usual dosage is one capsule taken once daily, preferably in the morning before breakfast. Swallow the capsule whole with water, and do not crush or chew it. For treating H. pylori infections, the dosage may be one capsule taken twice daily in combination with antibiotics. Follow your doctor’s instructions carefully and do not exceed the recommended dose.
Side Effects: Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, headache, dizziness, flatulence, diarrhea, and stomach pain. These side effects are usually mild and temporary.
