ALPHAGAN EYE DROPS 5ML

Alphagan Eye Drops 5ml contain brimonidine, an alpha agonist used to treat open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension (high fluid pressure in the eye). By lowering the pressure inside the eye, it helps to prevent vision loss, nerve damage, or blindness.

Dosage/Directions

Use as directed by your doctor, usually three times daily.

Wash your hands before applying the drops.

Remove contact lenses before use and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting them.

Avoid touching the dropper tip to any surface to prevent contamination.

Close your eyes for 1-2 minutes after applying the drops and gently press the inside corner of your eye to prevent the liquid from draining into your tear duct.

Side Effects

Common side effects may include eye discomfort, itching, redness, blurred vision, dry mouth, drowsiness, and tiredness. Serious side effects are rare but can include severe allergic reactions. If you experience any severe side effects, seek medical attention immediately.
