Atacand Plus 16/12.5mg tablets are used to lower high blood pressure. They contain two active ingredients: candesartan cilexetil and hydrochlorothiazide, which work together to help relax blood vessels and remove excess salt and water from the body.
Atacand Plus 16/12.5mg tablets contain candesartan cilexetil 16 mg and hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg. This combination medication is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). Candesartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels, while hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic (water pill) that helps your body get rid of excess salt and water.
