Etoflam (Etoricoxib) Gel is a topical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to relieve pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal conditions like osteoarthritis, sprains, and sports injuries. It works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) enzymes, reducing pain and swelling locally.
Dosage/Directions
Apply a thin layer of the gel to the affected area 2-3 times daily. Gently massage until fully absorbed. Wash hands thoroughly after application. Do not apply on broken skin.
Side Effects
Common side effects may include mild skin irritation, redness, itching, or a burning sensation at the application site. Rarely, allergic reactions may occur. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if severe irritation or rash develops.
