Exforge HCT 10mg/160mg Tablets combine amlodipine, valsartan, and hydrochlorothiazide. Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker that relaxes blood vessels, valsartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that prevents blood vessels from narrowing, and hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic that helps reduce fluid retention. This combination is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension), helping to lower the risk of strokes, heart attacks, and kidney problems.
