Description
Glifempa 25mg tablets are used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus. Each tablet contains Empagliflozin (25mg), an SGLT2 inhibitor that helps lower blood sugar levels by increasing the excretion of glucose through urine. Empagliflozin also helps reduce the risk of cardiovascular events such as heart attack and stroke in adults with type 2 diabetes who have heart disease.
Dosage/Directions
Adults: The typical starting dose is 1 tablet once daily, taken with or without food. The dosage may be adjusted based on the patient’s response and blood sugar levels. Always follow your healthcare provider’s instructions and do not exceed the prescribed dose.
