Keppra 750 mg Tablets contain levetiracetam, an anticonvulsant used to treat seizures in epilepsy. Dosage/Direction:
The typical starting dose for adults is 1 tablet (750 mg) taken twice daily. The dose may be adjusted based on the patient’s response and tolerance, with a maximum of 3,000 mg per day.
