Kwells Kids Tablets 12’s

Kwells Kids Tablets contain hyoscine hydrobromide, an anticholinergic medication used to prevent travel sickness (motion sickness) in children. Hyoscine works by blocking certain signals in the brain that trigger nausea and vomiting associated with motion sickness. It is effective for short trips, long journeys, and boat or plane travel.

Dosage/Direction:
For children aged 4 to 10 years, the usual dose is half a tablet (150 mcg) taken up to 30 minutes before traveling. For children aged 10 years and older, 1 whole tablet (300 mcg) can be given. The dose may be repeated every 6 hours if necessary, but do not exceed 3 doses in 24 hours. The tablets can be chewed or swallowed whole.

Side Effects:
Common side effects include drowsiness, dry mouth, and blurred vision. Rare but serious side effects may include allergic reactions or confusion. Consult a doctor if serious symptoms occur.
