Description
Lexotanil 1.5 mg Tablets contain bromazepam, a benzodiazepine used to manage anxiety, agitation, and stress-related conditions. Bromazepam acts on the central nervous system to produce a calming effect by enhancing the action of a neurotransmitter called gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA).
Dosage/Direction:
The typical starting dose is 1.5 mg taken two to three times daily. The dose can be adjusted based on the patient’s response and tolerance, with a maximum dose generally not exceeding 6 mg per day. Tablets should be swallowed whole with water, with or without food. It is important to follow your healthcare provider’s specific dosage recommendations.
