Dosage/Directions:
For treatment of malaria, the typical dosage for adults is 2 or 3 tablets taken as a single dose, following a 3 to 7-day course of quinine. For malaria prophylaxis, one tablet is taken weekly, starting 1 or 2 days before entering an endemic area and continuing for 4 to 6 weeks after leaving. It is important to follow the prescribed dosage and not to exceed the recommended amount.
