NICORETTE QuickMist is a nicotine replacement therapy (NRT). It is used to relieve and /or prevent withdrawal symptoms and reduce the cravings you get when you try to stop smoking tobacco or vaping, or when cutting down the number of cigarettes/e-cigarettes you smoke/vape.
When you stop smoking or vaping, you may notice unpleasant feelings alongside a strong desire to smoke or vape– this is known as a craving. This is because your body starts to miss the nicotine it was getting from cigarettes and vapes.
Nicorette QuickMist work by providing you with a low level of nicotine.
You spray Nicorette QuickMist into your mouth. The nicotine is then absorbed through the lining of your mouth to help relieve nicotine cravings and withdrawal symptoms. You won’t, however, get the same buzz as you would from smoking.
You should always aim to quit smoking entirely by the end of your journey, however.
Because it’s a convenient format for use anywhere, anytime, you can use QuickMist to calm cravings whenever you have the urge for a cigarette or vape. Whether that’s in a pub, around family or on public transport. Do not use more than 2 sprays per dose, 4 sprays every hour, 64 sprays per day.
