Description
Repace H 50mg Tablets 30’s contain Losartan 50mg and Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg. This combination medication is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and to help protect the kidneys from damage due to diabetes. Losartan is an angiotensin II receptor antagonist that relaxes blood vessels, while Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic that helps reduce excess fluid in the body.
Dosage/Directions
Dosage: One tablet daily, usually taken in the morning
Directions: Take the tablet as directed by your healthcare provider, usually with food. Take it at the same time each day for maximum benefit
Side Effects
