Safetelmi H 40/12.5mg Tablets 30’s

Safetelmi H Tablets are a combination of two active ingredients: Telmisartan and Hydrochlorothiazide. Telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that helps relax blood vessels, lowering blood pressure. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic (water pill) that helps remove excess fluid and salt from the body, further reducing blood pressure. This combination is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure), reducing the risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney problems.

Dosage/Directions:
Take one tablet once daily, with or without food, or as prescribed by your doctor. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to prevent dehydration. Do not take more than the prescribed dose.

Side Effects:
Common side effects include dizziness, light-headedness, headache, and fatigue. Less common side effects include dehydration, electrolyte imbalances, or increased urination. Consult a doctor if severe symptoms like fainting or irregular heartbeat occur.
