Description
Seretide 25/250 MDI (Metered Dose Inhaler) contains Salmeterol 25 mcg and Fluticasone Propionate 250 mcg. It is used for the regular treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Salmeterol is a long-acting bronchodilator that helps keep the airways open, making it easier to breathe, while Fluticasone is a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and irritation in the lungs.
Dosage/Directions
Dosage: Two inhalations twice daily (morning and evening).
Directions: Use the inhaler as directed by your doctor. Shake the inhaler well before use, breathe out fully, place the mouthpiece in your mouth, and inhale deeply.
Side Effects
Common side effects may include sore throat, cough, headache, hoarseness of voice, and oral thrush. If you experience any severe side effects or signs of an allergic reaction, discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider immediately.
