Description
Seretide 50/500 Accuhaler (also known as Seretidea/Haler 50/500mcg) contains two active ingredients: Salmeterol 50 mcg and Fluticasone Propionate 500 mcg. It is used to treat asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Salmeterol is a long-acting bronchodilator that helps keep the airways open, making it easier to breathe, while Fluticasone is a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and irritation in the lungs.
Dosage/Directions
Dosage: One inhalation twice daily (morning and evening).
Directions: Use the Accuhaler as directed by your doctor. Slide the lever to prepare a dose, breathe out fully, place the mouthpiece in your mouth, and inhale deeply.
Side Effects
Common side effects may include sore throat, cough, headache, hoarseness of voice, and oral thrush. If you experience any severe side effects or signs of an allergic reaction, discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider immediately.
