Serrazen Plus Tablets are used for the treatment of acute pain, inflammation, and blood clots. They contain Aceclofenac (200 mg) and Serratiopeptidase (30 mg), which work together to reduce pain and swelling by inhibiting the release of certain chemical messengers in the body.
