Description
Xtraderm Cream contains Betamethasone, Clotrimazole, and Gentamicin as active ingredients. This combination is used to treat inflammatory skin conditions complicated by bacterial and fungal infections, such as eczema, dermatitis, and tinea infections.
Dosage/Direction: Apply a thin layer of Xtraderm Cream to the affected area 2-3 times daily, or as directed by your doctor. Clean and dry the area before application. Avoid covering the treated area with bandages or applying heat unless instructed by your doctor. Wash your hands after applying the cream, unless treating the hands.
Side Effects: Common side effects include burning, itching, irritation, or dryness at the application site. Prolonged use may lead to skin thinning, stretch marks, or increased hair growth. Rare but serious side effects can include allergic reactions, severe skin irritation, or signs of infection. If you experience severe or persistent side effects, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
