Description
Ketolac Eye Drops 5ml contain ketorolac trometamol, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to relieve eye pain and inflammation, particularly after cataract surgery or corneal refractive surgery.
Dosage/Directions: The typical dosage is one drop in the affected eye(s) 2 to 4 times daily, depending on the condition being treated. Follow your doctor’s instructions carefully. Wash your hands before use, tilt your head back, pull down the lower eyelid to create a small pocket, and squeeze the drop into the pocket. Close your eyes for 1-2 minutes. Avoid touching the dropper tip to any surface to prevent contamination.
Side Effects: Common side effects include mild eye pain, stinging, or redness; blurred vision; watery eyes; swollen or puffy eyelids; and headache. Serious side effects, though rare, may include severe burning, stinging, or itching of the eyes; vision changes; and increased sensitivity to light. If you experience any severe side effects, seek medical attention immediately.
