Infacol oral suspension contains the active ingredient simeticone, which is a type of medicine called an anti-flatulent. It works by bringing together all the small bubbles of gas that can get trapped among the stomach contents. This forms large bubbles that are more easily expelled by burping or passing wind. The medicine works locally in the gut and is not absorbed into the baby’s bloodstream.

How do I use Infacol?
- One dropper full (0.5ml) of the medicine should be given to the baby before each feed.
- Shake the bottle before giving a dose and follow the instructions in the leaflet provided with the medicine.
